Anthony C Yacabucci, Associate Broker, Managing Director – Commercial Division

Anthony is a graduate of Purdue University in Industrial Engineering and has an M.B.A. from Iona College in Finance. He has over ten years experience in commercial real estate in the Hudson Valley and has many successful company startups in his career.

In addition, Anthony has over twenty years of highly specialized experience in industrial manufacturing and startups, materials management and inventory planning. He has worked for American Airlines, General Foods, American Home Products and Verizon. Specifically, he has provided practical solutions in operations and materials management. This includes increasing plant productivity through innovative plant layout and design, streamlining the supply chain by creative approaches in transportation and warehousing and integrating web communications into mainstream corporate systems.

Carl R. Valentino, Broker Associate, Director - Commercial Division

Mr. Valentino has been a business professional included in Who's Who of American Business Leaders and a resident of Dutchess County for over 40 years. A Naval veteran, he came to the Hudson Valley as an engineer working in industry. He has been a licensed real estate agent for almost 34 years. He is a graduate of Holy Cross and Union Colleges.

The Commercial Division has been an award-winning Century 21 office four of the last six years. Currently, the division is actively marketing the Lime Kiln Corporate Park in the Town of East Fishkill and working to expand it. The division is marketing properties throughout Dutchess County.

Joseph A. Pettinella, Principal Broker

Joseph Pettinella is the principal broker and owner of Century 21 Alliance Realty Group. He has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York since 1983. He is also licensed as a real estate broker in the State of Florida since 1995.

He is a native of Dutchess County and graduate of Fordham University with honors. He was a Senior Accountant for Price Waterhouse and a Commercial lending officer for First National Bank of Highland (now M&T Bank).
