1996, Century 21 Alliance Realty Group created a Commercial
Real Estate Division allowing our Real Estate Professionals
to focus on the unique needs of our commercial customers .
We are the only Century 21 Franchisee in Dutchess
County that is a member of the Century 21 Commercial
Investment Network (CIN), a national and international
source of properties and customers. CIN allows us
to present properties to other Century 21 commercial
agents at a quarterly telephone conference and to
display information on-line through the INTERNET that
addresses the wants and needs of our customers.
The
skills of our professionals are broad and are available
to customers and clients. Financial analysis of investment
properties, site location and evaluation, construction
and municipal planning are performed by our team on
a daily basis. Our people work on a regular basis
with local and state economic development organizations.
