Kelly Campbell is an Associate Broker with Century 21 Alliance Realty Group whose career has
been defined not only by leadership and professional excellence, but by an unwavering
commitment to service, advocacy, and community. For more than 22 years in the REALTOR®
community, Kelly has built a reputation as someone who leads with compassion, generosity, and
a genuine desire to help others.
A longtime leader within the industry, Kelly is a founding member of Women’s Council of
REALTORS® Dutchess and has served as both a two-time President of DCAR and a two-time
President of WCR Dutchess. Her dedication to the profession has earned her recognition as
REALTOR® of the Year at both the Dutchess and New York State Women’s Council levels. She
has also served on numerous DCAR and NYSAR committees, boards, advisory groups, and
workgroups at the local, regional, and state levels.
Beyond real estate, Kelly is deeply devoted to community outreach and volunteerism. Whether
supporting Habitat builds, participating in Rebuilding Dutchess projects, organizing community
events, or simply making others feel welcome, she is known for quietly stepping in wherever
help is needed. Her generosity extends far beyond organized service efforts—she has opened her
home and heart to individuals experiencing homelessness, cared for stray and feral animals year-
round, and consistently provided support to those in need.
Kelly’s passion for advocacy is equally strong. As NYSAR State Political Coordinator for
Senator Rob Rolison, she works tirelessly to support initiatives that strengthen communities and
protect the real estate profession. From local meetings to Advocacy Days in Albany and National
Association of REALTORS® Advocacy Week in Washington, D.C., she remains actively
engaged in shaping a better future for both REALTORS® and the communities they serve.
Before her successful real estate career, Kelly worked in catering and hospitality, including
catering events for the British Parliament and Prince Andrew in the late 1990s—an experience
that reflects her lifelong passion for caring for and bringing people together.
Above all, Kelly is most proud of her role as a mother of three accomplished children and, most
recently, a grandmother. Her warmth, humility, leadership, and dedication to others continue to
inspire everyone fortunate enough to know and work alongside her.
